How to Get Over From Flu, Running nose, Cough and Cold

Do you often get flu, cough, and cold or just simply running nose. It's probably because of what you've always eaten. Here are some tips to make a goodbye or to minimize that sickness. First, don't eat salty foods such as  Philippine noodles/pancit canton, soy sauce, broth, or sabaw from street eatery (carenderia), and viands with the accidentally highest concentration of salt. This is proven by me many times since I'm leaving in a boarding house-a rented room space alone so sometimes I'm tired already from work. So I have to buy instead of cooking.

Of all the list, noodles are the number one cause. I don't know why but if you don't believe me try it on to you. Experiment yourself, just buy a minimum of 3 or more noodles such as the pancit canton- the spicy one is delicious and eat it all at night. When you wake up in the morning you will notice your throat is different from last night.

Take medicine and eat a hard-boiled egg or scrambled egg to hasten your recovery from this sickness. Always remember, prevention is better than cure.
