The truth, there is none. But it can be solved through data analyzation with the following:
-In between numbers there is 30 degrees.
-In between that numbers it is divided into 5 parts which is minutes at 6 degree each part.
-The Long hand travels 6 degree per minute in relation to 12.
-The short hand travels h(30 degree) plus m/60 of 30 degree in relation to 12.
-The absolute value travelled by the short hand minus the long hand in relation to 12 is the degree formed by two hands.
With this data, I device a new formula which cannot found on any textbook...
The formula is
